Calendar and Time:

Ethiopia follows the Julian calendar in which a year is divided in to 12 months of 30 days each and a 13th month of five days  (the slogan or the country`s  tourist aphorism “13 months of sunshine”). The 13th month becomes 6 days once in every four year the leap year. Ethiopia is in the GMT+3 hours time zone. We have 12 hours day and 12 hours night time.
